Accredited Safer Recruitment Training
Our fantastic Accredited Safer Recruitment training is delivered in one day and is available across the academic year; delegates can book on the dates sent out, or Academy Trusts can request a session for their employees.
Our Safer Recruitment training has been running since 2017 and is always popular. It is delivered over four modules with group activities and a daily test. We have delivered this training to just under 700 people since 2017!
The course is a full day.
Accredited Safer Recruitment Training
Participants gain the skills they need to ensure that safeguarding is at the heart of their recruitment decision. Identifying key features of staff recruitment that help deter or prevent the appointment of unsuitable people. Consider the policies and practices that minimise the opportunities for abuse and ensure prompt reporting.
It is delivered with excellent resources and real-life case studies. At the end of each session, delegates complete an assessment and receive a certificate to certify that they have undertaken Safer Recruitment training.
Full SLA Clients:
- £175.00 + VAT per Delegate
- Non-SLA clients: £225.00 + VAT per Delegate
Accredited Safer Recruitment Refresher Training
Our refresher training is available for those who have already completed our full-day Safer Recruitment Training within the last three years. This is a half-day training session to review any updates and reinforce that safeguarding is at the heart of recruitment. Delegates will receive a certificate to confirm that they have attended the course.
The course is half a day.
Full SLA clients:
- £87.50 + VAT per Delegate
- Non-SLA clients: £110.00 + VAT per Delegate
Refresher Training Services
Our refresher training is available for those who have already completed our full-day Safer Recruitment Training within the last three years. This is a half-day training session to look at any updates and reinforce that safeguarding is at the heart of recruitment. Delegates will receive a certificate to confirm that they have attended the course.
