Our independent investigators have extensive expertise in investigating serious misconduct, capability cases, and cases involving safeguarding. This includes interviewing, mediation, evidence gathering, and presenting findings at hearings. Where the case relates to a senior member of staff, or you require an independent professional to undertake the investigation, we can provide education experts to undertake the role. Our independent experts can also be an advisor to the panel if you do not have the expertise in-house to undertake this.
