We deliver a range of workshops, which are short bursts of updates and knowledge around topical areas. Book onto them, or if you are an Academy Trust, you can arrange them for your Trust.

Workshop for those business leads who populate contracts, looking at the green book and burgundy book and where statutory and occupational differences are.

Shared Parental Leave

The workshop will look at how shared parental leave works in schools for teaching and support staff, working through examples and giving leaders knowledge to be able to put this in place for staff.

Sickness Absence

Managing Sickness Absence, trigger points and meetings, when to move to the next stage, managing short-term and long-term absence, and when to use occupational health.

Managing Minor Misconduct and Low-Level Concerns

Where conduct falls short of disciplinary action, it still needs to be tackled and managed. This course discusses how this is managed and when and how minor misconduct is tackled. What are low-level concerns, and how are they managed?

Flexible Working

Managing flexible working requests, responding to them and what the legalities are.
