We operate on the principle of working in partnership with our customers, taking time to understand the unique needs of the school or Academy Trust and providing solution-focused HR advice that makes sense and achieves the right outcome for the employer.
Being able to speak to the same HR Advisor who understands your school and has knowledge of how the school leaders manage their staff and how their policies support them ensures that the advice we give is tailored to individual needs. Customers can meet with their HR Advisor to talk through issues; we can also attend meetings to support the process, giving managers the confidence to manage and deal with issues. Ensuring managers are prepared, re-assured and ready for meetings is all part of the support we provide.
Personalised HR Solutions
We provide bespoke letters, reports, and policies that are legally compliant and specific to the issue that is being dealt with. Our customers can book our workshops, which provide managers with short bursts of knowledge across a range of subjects, or they can access our in-depth training courses, which have fantastic feedback.
As an outsourced service, we want our customers to feel we are an extension of their team. Building a great working relationship with our customers is key to our success, ensuring that they know that they can contact us, feel supported and have plan in place to work through the issues with a professional experienced partner is what we are all about. A testament to our HR service is that many of our original customers from when Advanced HR started in 2011 are still with us today.
