Ad Hoc HR Services

Customers can access our Ad Hoc HR services to manage one-off projects or support for individual cases. If your internal HR cannot undertake an investigation or act as an advisor to a panel, then we can step in and provide experienced, qualified professionals to step in and fulfil this role. All our advisors are qualified and have extensive experience advising on all HR matters.

Ad Hoc HR Support

Ad Hoc HR support is charged hourly or by purchasing a bank of hours. This can include:

  • Independent experienced investigating officers for grievances and misconduct cases, including all paperwork and reporting to panels and referrals to DBS and TRA if necessary.
  • Undertaking the role of independent HR Advisor to the panel (disciplinaries/grievances/absence/appeals), including producing outcome letters.
  • Policy Review – updating policies in line with legislation and bespoke to education.
  • Restructures – undertaking complex restructures per the NJC and Burgundy book, working with the school from drafting proposals to managing the process to producing all documentation.
  • Managing Subject Access Requests
  • Bespoke training on people management
  • Accredited Safer Recruitment Training
  • Investigating officer training
  • Panel member training
