Natasha has now been with us since September 2021! Natasha achieved a First Class Honours in CIPD Accredited Business and Human Resource Management from Sheffield Hallam University. Her previous HR experience was gained at Airbus Defence and Space where she worked as across several teams supporting Employee Relations, Reward, and Organisational Transformation during her tenure.
