Ellen has a previous background of working in Banking and after a career change now has significant HR knowledge and experience spanning over 20+ years, working in the public and education sectors. Ellen is an employee relations specialist with an MSc in Human Resource Management, and also has particular skills in counselling. Ellen has experience of governance having previously volunteered as a governor and Academy trustee for 15 years.
