Soot and Sprite are recent additions to our team at Advanced HR, only joining in October from the RSPCA. However, they have shown diligence and professionalism in their roles. Key projects worked on so far have been biscuit-making and enhancing communications (meowing a lot).

Holly joined our team in 2019 from the RSPCA. Since joining, Holly has made significant contributions to the team, showing an unwavering loyalty to the organisation. Holly has single-handedly led our security and facilities management (catching mice) team, allowing us all to sleep a bit more peacefully.

Mr Pinky and Blue joined our team in 2018. They are by far our fluffiest employees and since 2018 have made outstanding contributions to the team. Mr Pinky’s role is to primarily focus on the necessary redistribution of resources (stealing Christmas bows) whereas Blue works on securing our airspace (bursting bubbles).

Megan has now been with us since October 2021! Graduating in 2016 with a 2:1 Honours degree in Business, Megan has built up a wealth of experience in customer service and consultancy. She is now providing quality HR advice and support whilst undertaking CPD and completing her CIPD qualification.

Natasha has now been with us since September 2021! Natasha achieved a First Class Honours in CIPD Accredited Business and Human Resource Management from Sheffield Hallam University. Her previous HR experience was gained at Airbus Defence and Space where she worked as across several teams supporting Employee Relations, Reward, and Organisational Transformation during her tenure.

Ellen has a previous background of working in Banking and after a career change now has significant HR knowledge and experience spanning over 20+ years, working in the public and education sectors. Ellen is an employee relations specialist with an MSc in Human Resource Management, and also has particular skills in counselling. Ellen has experience of governance having previously volunteered as a governor and Academy trustee for 15 years.

Tracey has a Master’s Degree in HR Management and has 25+ years’ of experience working in HR, with a breadth of knowledge in both public and private sector HR environments. Tracey is an employee relations specialist and also has vast experience in pay and rewards and successfully managed over 500 equal pay claims whilst working for the Local Authority.
